Practice-launch demonstration
See how patient marketing and clinician-reviewed AI workflows can support a structured 90-day launch.
Practice support toolkit
Initial consultation SOAP notes, preauthorization documentation, and responsible claim-submission guidance. Implementation support is optional.
What happens after certification?
A structured 90-day practice launch—not a box of marketing promises.
Use the patients, team, systems, and clinical judgment you already have. The framework below helps a practice introduce screening, patient education, documentation, and measurement in manageable stages.
Activate the team
Define clinical screening criteria, train the hygiene and recall team, standardize photography and charting, and build a candidate-review queue.
Goal: a repeatable internal workflowTurn interest into consultations
Use approved education, clinician-reviewed AI support, and a secure PMS scheduling path to help appropriate patients take the next step.
Goal: consistent education and follow-upReview, refine, and decide
Review early cases, consultation conversion, documentation quality, and team capacity before deciding whether optional paid marketing support fits the practice.
Goal: evidence-based next stepsExisting-patient screening system
Start with the patients who already trust your practice.
A simple team workflow can identify concerns worth a licensed clinician's evaluation—without letting software diagnose or determine candidacy.
Flag
Notice recession, sensitivity, exposed roots, or an esthetic concern during hygiene and recall visits.
Document
Capture the patient's concern, standardized photographs, periodontal findings, and relevant history.
Educate
Use approved materials to explain options; the treating clinician confirms diagnosis, candidacy, risks, and alternatives.
Schedule
Move interested patients into a secure consultation workflow inside the practice's PMS.
Training that continues into your practice
From certification to a scheduled consultation.
Clinical education is only the beginning. An optional patient-facing landing page and AI Patient Agent can explain approved information in clear language, support text and voice conversations, and direct interested patients into your existing practice-management scheduling system.
- Optional configuration for your doctor and practice
- Patient education using approved content
- Optional pathway into your PMS scheduling experience
- Marketing implementation and promotion priced separately
AI-POWERED PATIENT PATHWAY
Patient Marketing + Clinical AI demonstration
See the workflow before you decide to implement it.
Switch between the two demonstrations to see how patient education and clinician-controlled documentation can fit around a certified practice.
From a question about recession to a secure consultation request.
The AI can educate and route. It does not diagnose, determine candidacy, quote benefits, or replace a licensed clinician.
Attract
Patient-facing content creates a clear next step for people researching gum recession.
Educate
A bilingual text-and-voice AI agent answers approved FAQs without diagnosing.
Qualify
The experience gathers non-clinical preferences and directs urgent concerns to the practice.
Schedule
Interested visitors continue into the practice's secure PMS scheduling pathway.
Demonstration only. Do not enter protected health information into a public demo. Production workflows require practice-approved privacy, security, consent, and clinical-governance controls.
Adjustable break-even scenario calculator
Model your assumptions. See what would have to be true.
Change each input to reflect your practice. Results show a simple gross-collections scenario—not profit, a forecast, or a promise.
Actual candidacy, scheduling, acceptance, fees, collections, timing, refunds, payer decisions, overhead, taxes, clinical capacity, and outcomes vary. This calculator excludes operating expenses and does not calculate net profit. Use your own verified data and professional advisors.
Optional next step
Request a Practice Launch Review
Share your current workflow and goals. We can identify what is ready, what is missing, and which—if any—optional services may be worth discussing.
Customized marketing, landing pages, AI implementation, social media, paid media, CRM/PMS integration, and ongoing practice-growth support are optional and require a separate written scope and fee. They do not guarantee patient volume, consultations, case acceptance, collections, profit, reimbursement, or clinical outcomes.
